Typically, orders are sent out within 1-5 business days, with the possibility of it being shipped out even earlier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. It is advisable to check your SPAM/Junk folder in case the email is mistakenly marked as such. If you cannot locate your dispatch email, or believe that you may have accidentally deleted it, please contact us for up-to-date information on the status of your order.
If it has been 10 days or less since your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be considered for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and unused, just as it was received.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address in your order, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours. In case your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the delivery address for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot make any changes.
We make every effort to assist you with your requests, but once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes to it.
If your order has not been delivered within 15 working days from the date of dispatch, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will investigate the matter for you.
It is possible that our email may have been directed to your SPAM/JUNK folder. We suggest checking there first. If you still can’t locate it and would like us to resend it, please inform us.
